The licorice root is known for its superb ability to support the normal functioning of the adrenal gland. It gives renewed vigor to both the mental and the physical processes. Licorice Comp. contains several unique forms of the licorice root. The main part of the formulation consists of high quality powdered root that has been standardized to a high level of the active compound, glycyrrhizic acid. So called “deglycyrrhinated” licorice products are completely inadequate in helping the adrenal gland. Our formula also contains an energetic form of the licorice root and valuable natural silica plus Raftilose, a natural prebiotic, which increases bioavailability and improves intestinal absorption and function.
