using True Botanica's Whey drink mixes:

Chocolate Covered Tropics

1 scoop Fruit, Fiber and Whey
1 scoop All-Trim Fiber and Whey
8 oz yogurt
a dash of raw milk
a teaspoon of Coconut Oil

Jennifer says: "I put it in the food processor or blender and whizz it up.  It is very filling and delicious.  Fruit, chocolate, coconut - what could be better!

Heather's Ab Flattener Smoothie

2 scoops All-Trim Fiber and Whey
8 oz soymilk
1 handful of ice
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Combine in your blender and enjoy!

2 scoops Fruit, Fiber and Whey
8 oz milk or soymilk
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen fruit

Our co-worker's 4 year old loves frozen peaches or mangoes in his Fruit, Fiber and Whey smoothie.  Some days, they skip the blender and simply combine Fruit, Fiber and Whey with plain yogurt for a delicious breakfast or snack.

Pure Warmth

2 scoops Pure Fiber and Whey
1 bullion cube
water to desired consistency

Stir together over medium heat, pour into a cup and enjoy!
