Ordering Info:

Providing convenient and efficient ordering and delivery options for our customers is the guiding principle for our order fulfillment department.

Ordering options include:  online orders, phone orders, fax and mail orders.

To order online (most convenient/always available!):

1. Choosing your products

• Enter the store via any of the options on the “Products” drop down list.
• Search our product database by product name for a specific choice.
• Search our product database or website database by any keyword to find product options (i.e. enter keyword “inflammation” in the “website” or “product” search box to find general info or specific products related to inflammation).
• Click on a specific health condition in the “health conditions” scroll box for product suggestions.
• Browse the store or info pages by item for product descriptions.

2. Ordering products

• Add any products you want to your shopping cart.
• When finished shopping, go to our encrypted secure checkout page.
• Provide the required information and submit the order—processing will occur no later than the following day (usually same day if submitted by early morning).

3. Shipping and Handling

·         All orders will be processed within 2 business days. We can usually ship same day if the order is placed by 10am cst. If you would like same day shipping after 10am, we may be able to accomodate you for a $10 processing fee.

·         Standard shipping is provided by FedEx ground or the US Postal service. Standard S&H rates apply for items being added to backordered shipments.

·         S&H charges are $7.50 for orders up to $100; $9.50 for orders $100-$300; free for orders over $300 (shipping charges are calculated after all other discounts are applied).

·         Expedited shipping (overnight and 2-day) is available; call for pricing and to be sure your order is processed in a timely manner. Pricing is determined by location and package weight. An additional $10 processing fee is applied to overnight rates.

·         Orders outside the United States may have higher shipping fees; contact us for further info.

To order by phone, call our customer service department during regular business hours (M-F 8:30am-4:30pm CST) at 800-315-TRUE(8783) or 262-646-5573 locally.

To order by fax or mail (see contact page for address info), send us an order form with your order, shipping information, and payment by check or credit card.  Please do not send cash.

 
International orders please contact us at info@truebotanica.com for ordering instructions. 

True Botanica Return Policy Returns of unopened and unaltered products will be accepted within 14 days, please notify our office by phone or email.  When packing for return, please use appropriate packing materials and enclose a copy of the invoice.  A credit will be applied to your account less a 15% restocking fee.
