Providing convenient and efficient ordering and delivery options for our customers is the guiding principle for our order fulfillment department.
Ordering options include: online orders, phone orders, fax and mail orders.
To order online
(most convenient/always available!):
- Choosing your products
- Enter the store via any of the options on the “Products” drop down list.
- Search our product database in the store by product name for a specific choice.
- Search our store product database or website database by any keyword to find product options (i.e. enter keyword “heart” in the “website” or “product” search box to find general info or specific products related to the heart).
- Click on a specific health concern in the “Health Concerns” list for product suggestions.
- Browse the store or info pages by item for product descriptions.
- Ordering products
- Add any products you want to your shopping cart.
- When finished shopping, go to our encrypted secure checkout page.
- Provide the required information and submit the order – processing will occur no later than two days, usually the following day.
- Expedited shipping is available – call 1-800-294-0043.
- Shipping and Handling
- All orders will be processed within 2 business days.
- Standard shipping is provided by UPS/FedEx ground or the US Postal service. Standard S&H rates apply for items being added to backordered shipments.
- S&H charges are $7.50 for orders up to $100; $9.50 for orders $100-$300; free for orders over $300 (shipping charges are calculated after all other discounts are applied).
- Expedited shipping (overnight and 2-day) is available; call for pricing and to be sure your order is processed in a timely manner. Pricing is determined by location and package weight.
- Orders outside the United States may have higher shipping fees; contact us for further info.

True Botanica Return Policy
Returns of unopened and unaltered products will be accepted within 14 days. You must notify our office by phone or email before returning product or the return will not be processed. A copy of the original invoice is required to accompany the return. A credit will be applied to your account less a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
